Work Experience
a) 2009/5–2013/6: Department of Underwater Engineering of CSSRC, Engineer, engaging in general design and structural design of deep manned submersibles and other underwater device.b) 2013/6–Now : Hadal Science and Technology Research Center of ShangHai Ocean University, Director Assistant/Engineer, take charge of the design of Full Ocean depth Lander and engaging in the design of Full Ocean depth unmanned and manned submersibles.
Project experience includes:
1) MDO and its application in the design of surface vessels.
u Research on the theory of MDO;
u Establish the MDO model of the concept design of surface vessels;
u Solve the MDO problem by iSIGHT.
- “Jiaolong” deep manned submersible
u Develop the unpowered Descent and Ascent system of “Jiaolong”;
u Design the HD video pressure hull and the sample basket of “Jiaolong”.
3) 4500m deep manned submersible
u Deputy director of the structural designers: Investigate the ultimate strength of manned hulls of deep manned submersibles and established more accurate formulae; Research on the mechanical property and manufacture capability of the domestic titanium manned hull, then design and optimize the 4500 meters rating manned hull;
u Deputy director of the general designers: establish the general design of the 4500m deep manned submersible, carry out the MDO of the concept design.
u Research on the RBDO of deep manned submersibles.
4) Full Ocean depth lander and submersibles
u Take charge of the design and manufacture of the lander;
u Engage in the general design and structural design of the Full Ocean depth ARV and HOV.
